Drave Tech Solutions ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy and personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EU 2016/679).

1. Data We Collect

We collect the following information when you register or use our platform:

Business name, email address, phone number, and business address
Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card details)
Social media account tokens when you connect platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)

2. Purpose of Use

We use your data to:

Provide and operate our social media scheduling and management service
Publish content to connected social media accounts on your behalf
Send account-related notifications and technical support
Improve the quality of our platform

3. Legal Basis

Processing is based on: (a) your consent upon registration, (b) performance of a service contract, (c) our legitimate interest in improving services.

4. Social Media Platform Data

When you connect a social media account through our portal, we collect and store:

Account ID, page/profile name, and access token for the connected platform
Content you create within our platform (images, videos, captions) for scheduled publishing

This data is used solely to publish content on your behalf at the scheduled times. We do not access your private messages, friends list, personal profile data, or any information beyond what is strictly required for publishing.

Access tokens are permanently and immediately deleted when you disconnect your account. We request only the minimum permissions necessary for each platform:

Facebook & Instagram: pages_manage_posts, pages_read_engagement, pages_show_list, instagram_basic, instagram_content_publish
TikTok: video.publish, video.upload, user.info.basic

We comply with Meta's Platform Policy and TikTok's Developer Terms. User-generated content shared through our platform remains the sole property of the user.

5. Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. Our systems are protected by rate limiting, HTTP security headers, and continuous monitoring.

6. Data Retention

Data is stored on servers in Europe. Demo account data is deleted after 90 days of inactivity. You may request deletion at any time.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. Data is only shared with:

Stripe — for payment processing
Hosting providers — for infrastructure (servers in Europe)
As required by applicable law

8. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under GDPR, you have the right to: access, rectify, erase your personal data, restrict or object to processing, and data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].

To request deletion of all your data, email [email protected] or visit drave.sk/data-deletion. We will process your request within 30 days.
