By using Drave Tech Solutions ("Drave", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Drave is a social media management platform that enables businesses and content creators to schedule, publish, and manage content across social networks including TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram from a single dashboard. Features include:
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization. By using Drave, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You agree not to use Drave to:
When using Drave to publish content to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or other platforms, you are responsible for ensuring your content complies with the respective platform's community guidelines and terms of service. Specifically:
Drave acts as an authorized third-party publishing tool and is not responsible for content you choose to publish. You retain full ownership and responsibility for all published content.
Free trial accounts are provided for a limited period. We reserve the right to delete trial accounts after 90 days of inactivity. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions renew monthly. You may cancel at any time before the next renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact [email protected].
All software, design, and content belonging to Drave Tech Solutions is our property. Your business data and content remain your property at all times.
Drave is not liable for: revenue loss due to service interruptions, errors caused by third-party services (Stripe, TikTok, Facebook, hosting providers), or misuse of the platform. Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the last 3 months.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. Publishing schedules may be delayed due to third-party API limitations.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify active users of significant changes via email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bratislava, Slovakia.
